Refund Policy

Overview

We have a 5-day exchange/return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a replacement or return.

To qualify for an exchange or return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
The original invoice must be presented at the time of return pickup.
Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges/returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days after the return pickup.

Any delivery-related discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery being marked complete.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
