We are a community of farmer families (ArogyaSwasthyam's village micro-entrepreneurs) spread across India. We have set up micro food processing units near the farms. This has helped generate rural employment, facilitate fair trade with the farmers, provide them with resources and eradicate middlemen from the supply chain.
Tushar Murkute, the visionary behind Arogyaswasthyam, is driven by a deep commitment to transforming India's food ecosystem. Growing up in a farming family, he witnessed the challenges farmers face in earning fair prices, while his corporate experience revealed the growing urban demand for pure, chemical-free food.
With a mission to bridge these two worlds, Tushar founded Arogyaswasthyam in 2023. Under his leadership, the company has created a transparent, tech-enabled supply chain that empowers farmers and delivers authentic, traceable products from cold-pressed oils and ghee to spices and honey.
